info.avonfoundation.org/site/TR/Walk/Houston?px=5850969&pg=personal&fr_id=2000BAM! THERE'S MY PROOF. Signed up last night to do the 39.3 mile Avon Walk For Breast Cancer!! Well, if I can't do that, I'm going to at LEAST do the 26.2 mile walk. BUT BUT BUT BUT, I'm starting their 39.3 mile training plan today so I am prepared for the longer one. I'm determined to do the longer one. If I don't do the longer one, I'll feel like I failed or something. So, I'm buying special shoes today, because you can't walk in Vans apparently. I'm doing my fundraising, REQUIRED to raise at least $1,800. So far I have $500, and I set a personal goal for $2,500. Walking for my grandma, Elisabeth Frances Hurlbert, who passed away April 3, 1998. So the fact that the walk is the same month as the month she passed away made me want to do it more. It's 13 years and 2 weeks after she passed away from Breast Cancer. She's the person who has made me who I am, and I miss her all of the time, and I know I'll be crying during that walk and probably during that months training. xD SO WISH ME LUCK!

Thank you boo! <3 I'm proud that we're bff's. Btdubz, I bought shoes today. Omgoodness. $108.25 for walking shoes. They're pink and black though. I'm trying to get a bunch of pink stuff for that day. Prolly put some pink in my hair and stuff too. But jeeeez. Expensive ass shoes! I always thought my $50 Vans were expensive as hell! Plus, these are all weird. Not flat and stuff. Gonna take some getting used to. I'm excited though. Have $600/$1,800 so far.

I now have $1,120/$1,800!!!!!! $680 and I'll be able to do the Avon Walk!!!! I'M SO EXCITED! I have a new motivational song too: www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZEr3P2ugZAThe song starts at 7:20 in that video. It's 'I Run For Like' by Melissa Etheridge(who is a Breast Cancer survivor). This is who I am walking for: That's my grandma on January 9, 1998. She passed away from Breast Cancer on April 3, 1998. Almost exactly 3 months after this picture was taken. She is the reason I am doing this. I'll get cramps, I'll get blistered, I'll be sore, and I'll probably feel exhausted for a week after. But that is nothing compared to what she had to go through. Years of chemo, two masectomies, an unbearable last two weeks where they told her you have two weeks to live. She lost her vision, part of her hearing, could hardly talk. Was pumped full og morphine to keep her out of pain in her final hours. Walking 39.3 miles and feeling sore for a few days is NOTHING compared to that.

BAM! As of yesterday, I have raised all of my required $1,800. I've also managed to do ten miles on a cycle in half an hour, 14 miles in one day. I could keep going, but I get bored. I also got a job! As a grooming associate at PETCO. It's pretty legit. In 12 days though...I'll have seniority. EVERYONE QUIT. My trainer put in his 2 weeks the day he started training me. So it's just me and him until they get some new people in. They gone one stylist in, and she quit at the end of her shift, but it was okay, I heard she was a major bitch. I also went to the club last night, sooooo much fun. It's fun going with a bunch of 21 year olds and a bunch of girls that are good at dancing and teaching you how to dance. Though I did teach them how to Dougie, Cat Daddy, and Stanky Legg. xD It was fun shit though. Then this girl I got a crush on scratched the hell out of my back. Like...there's blood on my bra. xD It was awesome. I asked her to...I guess I like pain? Only downside is I was starting to date this girl and get feelings for her and we were supposed to be Valentine's, then out of nowhere she was just like, "loljk, I don't want a relationship in Texas because I might be going places over summer and after December. BYE!" She was a total bitch about it...oh well. I'm a playa, I'm already over her.
