Discrimination is not cool

So as an adult, and a very out and proud lesbian, I've never really felt discriminated against. I know in my state my employers can fire me just for thinking I am. But it's never happened. In fact, 75% of my employers have also been LGBT, and I've worked for two LGBT friendly corporations. I've had people ask me dumb questions and make dumb comments, but they were my friends, they grew up sheltered, and they're very ignorant. So they get a pass.
But I went out at 12:01am Thursday after work to get my birthday started off right and ran onto two of the bar girls from my favorite eating/drinking establishment. They had me join them, bought me shots, took a cute picture with me if them each kissing a cheek of mine, one kept putting my head in her breasts, they're amazing.
In fact, I love everyone there. I'm on a first name basis with 80% of the staff. The 20% I'm not are just new. The owners know me. I'm there 1-2 times a week. I'm fact, it's bierfest right now and they did a Facebook thing, they chose 50 people who liked the status (over 500 did), and of those 50, 10 will get free bier for a year. I got chosen. But for the drawing you have to be there at 6 on Sunday, I have to work. But they know me and made a special exception for me, my mom can stand in for me if I win. That's how good of terms I am on with them. I even know the polka band there and they always shout out to me, lol.
But there was one waitress I had and we talked once and found out we grew up less than a mile from each other in a small town in Colorado. She graduated from my momsHS. We went to a birthday party together. Then at the birthday party I guess she figured out I was lesbian.
Since then she hasb refused to serve me, even if I'm in her section and it's slow. I didn't think anything of it. But then I asked the girls about it and about this review where someone complained they were denied service for being a lesbian couple. It was this waitress, but she didn't lose her job, this was months ago. And they were like, "Oh yeah, she went serve gays, that review was about her. Don't let her know you're gay." I said she knows, and she was like, "Oh yeah...that's why. She will trade tables." One day she had to serve me and two friend and gave us terrible service. I've never given such a low tip there. I usually tip 30% minimum there. I tipped 15%. She wouldn't full my drink, she ignored us a lot, and she wasn't busy. She had one other table at the time and they left ten minutes after we got there. It was bad.
And it sucks. And she's missing out on my tips. I left a 150% tip todayfor my friend Amanda. I tip the musicians, I'm a great tipper.
But I'm gay so she usually ignores me now, purposely makes religious comments towards me, and refuses to serve me.
Not cool.
